Her gurus are Mrs. Padmini and Mrs. Srimathi Gurumurthy. Having completed her Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, she is pursuing B.A. Music from the Tamil Nadu Government Music College, Chennai & Coimbatore. She has completed ‘Praveshika special’ at Nrityodaya, dancing school of Dr. Padma Subramanyam. Her previous guru is Smt. Mrudula Rai. She has been taking dance classes for two years. She has performed in various events, including Chennaiyil Thiruvaiyaru, Polimer Channel, Nrityakadambini among others.
